Rasulpur Shikshak Shikshan Mahavidyalya is at Rasulpur in Bankura District. It was established in the year of 2013. The College is situated one and half kilometer away towards south from its nearest bus-stand, Rasulpur. The B.Ed.& D.El.Ed Course approved by NCTE and affiliated under the University of Burdwan. The B.Ed Courses has been running since 2013, recognised by NCTE and affiliated to Burdwan University. Proposed intake capacity is B.Ed-100, D.El.Ed-100. Academic year is from July to June every year. It’s a co-educational institute.There is a large boys hostel and two girls hostel.There are quaters available to the teachers . Volleyball, basketball, football and crickets are being played by the students. There is a multi-gym for the students. There is a seperate common room for boys and girls and the canteen building. In order to achieve the target of Quality-Teacher-Education, National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), the apex body of teacher education in the country, has set up certain norms for B.Ed. colleges. It is a great pleasure to us to announce that we are following such norms, to the satisfaction of Burdwan University and other bodies. Library, laboratory and other infrastructural facilities are being provided by Rasulpur Shikshak Shikshan Mahavidyalaya (B.Ed & D.El.Ed Department) at present. The excellent teaching and non-teaching staff of the institution, we hope, would do their best for the uplift of this college and upto the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, as well as, of the concerned authorities.
